The first thing I tried was making a group photo sing.

In other words, even a short clip lasting only a few seconds may not be ready immediately.
If the first generation is unsatisfactory, you must wait through another processing cycle. The platform is also not particularly suitable for running many video tasks simultaneously, making batch production frustrating.
Video Restyle is better suited to short clips.
A quick clip of someone dancing or a pet can look entertaining when transformed into an animated or claymation style. As the clip becomes longer, waiting times and generation stability become problems.
AI Animation is also selective about its source photos.
Front-facing group photos generally work best. If someone is turning their head, covering their mouth with a hand, or appears too small among many people, the mouth movements and expressions can quickly become confused.
The free version is more of an entry point for testing.
